i cant play videos on sites like noobroom9.com . it wont load any videos anymore.I even tried other browsers with no luck.. why is that?

on noobroom i used to go and click on a video and it would play. now i click the play button and it looks like its buffering but doesnt ever play. on some other sites it does the same thing and after about 10 minutes it starts playing videos but those are on tube type websites. i tried other web browsers such as google chrome and had no luck wither. the same thing was happening so im thinking it might be a computer issue. any advice?

Have you tried on another computer? If it doesn't work there it is a site issue.
