Why can't I print anything when I use Firefox but if I change to internet explorer the pages is printed immediately

If I am using Firefox as my browser and want to print a report it prints a blank page. I switch my browser to IE and go to the page I was trying to print using Firefox and it prints with no problem. It is annoying as I have to keep switching.

Hi pup114,

Have you looked at the KB article Fix printing problems in Firefox? There is a lot of good troubleshooting information in there. I would suggest just resetting all your print preferences.
