i need saved passwords but i formatted my laptop and wish to know how to take backup

I formatted my laptop and forgot to note down the saved passwords . Is there is any way to obtain those passwords.

Hi there, unless you set up Firefox Sync, there is no way to get your passwords back. Passwords or other data are never sent to Mozilla.

Did you make a backup of any personal data before you formatted that laptop?

C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<profile>\

Nope i didn't saved any data as i told that i forgot to save any data on passwords And yah i didn't set up any password sync with mozilla.
