I do a number of surveys and in many cases can no longer do surveys but they work in Chrome and IE

Almost all surveys that I do used to work in FireFox until I downloaded the latest version about 4 days ago. Now i have to do about 50% of my surveys in Chrome or IE since they no longer work in FireFox. Usually, I get to the survey site and it sits there with a blank or almost blank screen. Occasionally I will get into the survey and it wants to show me an ad or picture and FireFox will then just stop without displaying anything.

Any ideas??

hello, it's rather hard to diagnose the issue only by description - could you provide a link to a public page where this is occurring? in any case please try to clear the cache and all cookies for the sites where you're having problems.

from the timespan you've mentioned, it might also be an issue with the recent update of adobe's flash plugin to version 11.3, it has caused quite a few problems for many users. you can try to remove flash 11.3 from the windows control panel/programs section & downgrade to a prior version until adobe fixes those issues.
