I have a question with the sync procedure

When I go to sync my Firefox on my Mac, it asks me to set up an account. The next window, it asks for a email & a password.

Does it want my current email? Or for me to create a NEW email address & password.

That is the email and password will be used to set up the Sync account, so you need to enter a valid email like the one you used here and supply a strong password to protect your account.

If you have already set up an account on another computer then you can click the Connect button.
