I've downloaded Firefox 4, how to proceed with installation?

trying to update to Firefox 4, I've downloaded 4 but can't get the setup with wizard to work. The message I get is Firefox must be closed to proceed with the installation...but it's not open.

Please help

It is possible that other software on your computer is using files in the Firefox program folder.

Did you try to reboot the computer or delete the Firefox program folder (C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\) manually via Windows Explorer?

You can also try to boot windows in Safe mode (F8 at boot screen) to see if that allows to install Firefox.
