I have NO toolbars. When I right click, it only gives me other options. eg: reload page,close tabs etc. Is there a place in my Control Panel that I can retrieve these?

I have NO toolbars up top what so ever. All I have is my tabs.When I right click where you would usually click to get them back, it only gives me other options. eg: reload page,close tabs etc. Is there a place in my Control Panel that I can retrieve these?

1. Press Alt on the keyboard and release. The menu bar will appear temporarily.

2 On the menu bar, click View, go to Toolbars, then select which toolbars you want to see.
