I recently used MozBackup to get all my stuff from my old PC to my new one. Now I have a .pcv file that I can't open. What should I do with it?

AFAIK then a .pcv file is a regular ZIP archive. If that archive is not corrupted then you should be able to open the file with a ZIP archive manager like 7-ZIP or WinZip.
