How can Firefox memory usage be reduced on long browsing sessions?
I often keep many tabs open for research, and Firefox memory usage grows significantly over time. Are there practical settings or habits that help manage memory without sacrificing usability?

Just adding a quick follow-up after trying a few things mentioned earlier. I went through the suggested checks like clearing cache, restarting Firefox, and testing in Troubleshoot Mode, and it does seem like the issue is more related to extensions or background configuration rather than the browser itself.
In my case, disabling a couple of add-ons reduced the issue, but I still notice occasional inconsistency depending on the session. It feels more like a conflict between browser state and active extensions rather than a permanent bug.
Has anyone else seen this only happen intermittently even after isolating extensions? I’m trying to understand if there’s a deeper pattern here or if it’s purely environment-specific. https://stashbookkeeping.com/bookkeeping-services-in-berkeley-ca/
