Show the issue, but block personal info. I'm also a 20yrs+ customer and have not see that before. Are you running any security software besides MS Defender? Windows home or pro? I was able to get in after 2FA with no issues. see screensho This sounds like a phone call is needed for that personal info request.

Use malwarebytes, home version. Several long phone calls made before posting. They seem to know of a problem because a ticket had already been created.
