Hello allan15, from the tags on this post, it looks like your Firefox is 78.7, which is indeed rather old (we are currently on verson 141 for release. Where exactly do you check your firefox version? You can see your current version and how to update it here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/update-firefox-latest-release

This support article should help you to install Firefox ESR on Linux (I am guessing you have downloaded a .tar file and need to install from that):
