Lost all my settings passwords and the rest because I updated to the new version. How do I get my screen back to my decade comfort? No passwords, no history, no tabs & bookmarks. It's all gone! Please help. Thank you in advance. Apee

Hi Apee, sorry to hear about this problem.

If you haven't already, could you close out of Firefox and do a normal Windows shutdown and restart to complete any pending updates and release any file locks.

If Firefox again starts up without your data, could you check whether your stuff is available in a different profile, using the procedure in the first section of the following article:

Recover lost or missing Bookmarks
