Can't Send File through 'Send To' Menu Option - Help!

I have win 10. I get an error message after emailing a file from my desktop by right clicking on it through 'Send To' > 'Mail Recipient.' This error only happens when I do this operation; otherwise I can send files with no problem through other means. How do I fix this?

Heres the error message:

Sending of the message failed. An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: This message was blocked because its content presents a potential security issue.
