The about:downloads page is used in Private Browsing mode instead of the Library Downloads Manager. You can possibly create a bookmark to open the about:downloads page if you prefer this page in regular mode.

Are you possibly using "Resist Fingerprinting" mode since you have a Firefox 91 user agent ?

I wanted to find a solution without having to create a bookmark but i have no choice if it's not possible, and i use an extension to randomize my user agent this is why
