Hello, there still is a Firefox Sync account for the email address fraavunbensem@hotmail.de. This is the email address of my late mother. I closed the email account years ago, but now I cannot even close the corresponding Firefox Sync account. Thanks y'all for your help!! Karl

If you no longer have access to the email account then you are out of luck with removing or disconnecting services associated to this account unless you have access to a device that is still connected.

thanks for your reply, but this doesn't exactly solve my problem, I probably did not state my question clear enough. I don't need access to this account, I just wanted Mozilla to DELETE the account fraavunbensem@hotmail.de

Would that be possible? Thanks a lot for your help!
