You need to reset your primary password. 1. Go to chrome://pippki/content/resetpassword.xhtml 2. Press enter 3. Click on reset button to reset your primary password
Note that you lose all current logins if you reset the Primary Password.
You may want to backup logins.json and key4.db in case you want to retry in the future.
You can use the button on the "Help -> More Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page.
