Address Book Window Not Accessible

I'm using TBird 78.10.2 (64-bit) on a Windows 10 system fully updated. When I click on the Address Book button, a window opens behind TBird, but when I click on it nothing happens. In other words, I cannot access my address book.

I figured out what the problem is. I have a dual display, but one was turned off. The address book was opening in that display. Therefore it is not an issue with Thunderbird, it is BTKATBOTC.
