Hi edmoyme, your Firefox reported itself to be version 78. Could you double-check some details for me:

Open the Troubleshooting Information page using any of these methods:

  • "3-bar" menu button > "?" Help > Troubleshooting Information
  • (menu bar) Help > Troubleshooting Information
  • type or paste about:support in the address bar and press Enter/Return

In the first table on the page, what do you have in these rows:

  • Version
  • Update Channel

As a general note about updates, the update server only reveals the update to a fraction of Firefox installations during the first 24-48 hours. This is to gather data just in case there is some terrible problem with the program so it can be fixed before the full roll-out. So if you use the About Firefox dialog to check for updates and it says none is available, that could be the reason.
