How do I convert my Home page from Hebrew to English

When I open Firefox it is in Hebrew since we are visiting Israel. I want it returned to English. When I try to set it with Options nothing happens.

If the Firefox user interface (toolbars) is in the wrong language or if you want to change the current language then download Firefox in the language of your choice.
