My wife inadvertently made herself administrator on my machine, a windows 10 Thinkpad.The process involve setting up a ms. account, which apparently made her administrator. I was forced to make myself administrator. I tried a reset ultimately of FF to restore the form in which FF. presents itself. I had also lost much of the desktop items which belonged to my wife as well as all Bookmarks.

No full access to help on Top banner nor tools or all the rest.

hi talex, press the ALT-key to display the menu bar temporarily, then you can go to view > toolbars and enable it for good.
