Firefox has been great for 2-3 years but started "hanging" and being unresponsive. I checked all the help and support sites so tried several things like doing a refresh and making sure my plugins were updated etc. I did uninstall and reinstall Firefox which did not help. I also uninstalled the Skype upgrade and that seemed to improve browsing but Firefox still will not close. I can put up with a bit of "hang" time but would like it to close off when done browsing. I do not have advanced computer skills so things need to be fairly clearly explained for me to try them. Thanks.
