I can still send a message but have not been able to receive one since TimeWarner/Roadrunner had the big outage a couple months ago.
I've used my Thunderbird account for years and haven't changed anything. Just haven't been able to receive a message since the big Time Warner outage. Time Warner tech support says my settings are correct. I have "Server Name" = pop-server.roadrunner.com and "Port" = 110 I would be so grateful to get this working again!

This is what I see listed for Time Warner.
Account Type: POP or POP3 Incoming Mail Server: mail.twc.com Incoming Server - POP3 port: 110 Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): mail.twc.com Outgoing Server - SMTP port: 587
Anytime I have seen someone still using the RoadRunner format it looks something like this.
I have never seen roadrunner completely spelled out and it has the region included before the .rr.com.
Most Internet help desk staffers are lucky to be able to spell the company name much less confirm your email settings. This has been my experience. Yours might differ.
This link may be helpful to find your rr region. https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/73990/related/1
