I get the following error with Thunderbird 31.0

And Thunderbird 31.0 takes between 15 to 30 seconds to load. after I click on the taskbar icon. that's too long.

place an exception in your anti virus on access scanning for the Thunderbird profile folder and then see if there a change. I think it will be much faster.
