Hi, If you don't like new interface you can restore to older interface via addon
This is exactly the reason I want to contact those responsible. Relying on a fragile matchstick pile of addons to fix the awful interface doesn't work and is not acceptable.
Developers don't come on this forum as much as we would like them to, unfortunately. All feedback concerning Firefox 29 should go to input.mozilla.org/feedback as comments made here will most likely go unnoticed.
I believe comments made there will also be purposefully ignored by those responsible.
Comments made on Input are collected by developers and the top requests will get worked into the next Firefox release. Although, you won't get a reply back, your comments DO get taken into consideration.
On a related note, are you actually here for support or did you want somewhere to get out your frustration with 29?
If you are here just to provide feedback, this thread will be closed and marked as off-topic as the topic at hand (providing feedback) is outside the scope of this forum. See the Forum Rules and Guidelines. More specifically below:
- Posts in the Mozilla support forum must be either questions about the use of Firefox, Firefox for Android, Firefox OS, Thunderbird, Webmaker or answers to those questions. Users who post about things other than Mozilla support will be directed to an alternative discussion place (ex: mozillaZine) if appropriate.
See here for evidence that the input is discarded.

I'm here because Mozilla provides no other way of giving targeted feedback. As far as I can tell this is the only forum available where I can try and get the information I'm after.
And what information are you after? Trying to contact developers about changes that other thousands have made?
Frankly, we have more than enough threads open about Australis feedback most notably
- https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/998106 which have over 7100 views and 102 replies at the time of this message.
If you wish to continue further with discussing Firefox 29, please continue at that thread link above.
This thread will now be closed for two reasons:
- We don't need another long Australis thread. If you want to continue discussing amongst other users, use the thread link above.
- This thread is not support related and is outside the forum scope.
