Does Firefox let you go "back" to the Kohl's page after the redirect?

One other possibility is that instead of the same tab navigating to a new page, a different Firefox window is moved to the front. If you can find the Kohl's page in a different Firefox window when this happens, it could be a bug in the Flash Player plugin's protected mode.
