Downloading the latest version of Firefox isn't working. I restart Firefox & I still have an old version.
I'm trying to download the newest version of Firefox. I click the "download now" button, then I click the "save file" in the little window that comes up. My computer appears to download the latest version, and then nothing else happens. I restart Firefox & I still have an old version. Help! thanks!

Once you download the new version, you need to install it.
