When on e bay if I try to enlarge a picture Firefox opens a new blank page. I cannot enlarge the picture.

When I'm on e bay and there is a picture of the item I'm looking at if I click on the enlarge picture option firefox will open a new window and the top of the window says "search bookmarks and history" How do I stop this happening so I can look at the pictures?

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
