I am being unable to turn on the VPN after signing in succesfully (loop)

Hi Mozilla Team, I hope you're doing nice so far. I just finished setting up my account for Mozilla and to turn on the VPN, but after signing in successfully and being directed to the extension to turn it on, it still shows the 'Get Started' button instead of the option to turn on/off the VPN. When I attempt that, it then tells me to sign in again, which keeps going in a loop. Is there any general fix or troubleshooting steps for this? Thank you! Best, Alfonso
