Prime Video is unresponsive in Firefox

Until a week or two ago, Amazon Prime Video worked without a problem in my Firefox browser. Now I cannot get Prime Video to open any show (the play button keeps spinning and is not clickable). The website is unresponsive as well, although it loads. Here is what I have already done for troubleshooting. 1. Updated Firefox to latest version. 2. Cleared cache and cookies. 3. Checked for hardware acceleration issues. 4. Disabled IPv6. 5. Tested in Private mode with all add-ons disabled. 6. Disabled Enhanced tracking protection. This is an issue with Firefox since Prime Video works fine on other browsers.
