To remove ads on Firefox mobile, you have to add an extension. Android : (Android supports desktop extension) tap menu, select add-ons, and install a trusted adblocker like uBlock Origin or Adblock plus.

IOS : tap menu, go to settings, scroll down to browsing in the general section, under content, toggle adblocker switch on.

You could try using Firefox’s built-in tracking protection and checking which apps or websites are causing the ads. If the ads appear outside the browser too, they may be coming from other apps on your phone. It would help to know whether you’re seeing them in Firefox or across the whole device.
