Startup sometimes slow

FF is sometimes slow or downright reluctant to start up, and when I look at it, it says it's having trouble restoring my previous tabs / sessions. But I never want to restore previous sessions, I want to start with a clean sheet. See my screenshot - this happens even with the box unticked.

What is going on? I would appreciate any suggestions.

Maybe let the computer start up first and then see if Fx starts quicker.If so then your Windows is a bit overloading the CPU
