Does not respond when opening a certain site.
When I try to enter the VA site (https://www.va.gov/my-health) it never opens (see attachment). I use my back-up browse (Microsoft Edge) and I can enter the site. Can you help?

(Also it can be stuck on some of the gov ID sites during that login flow, see support.mozilla.org/questions/1586290 for the list of sites other users cleaned from privacy settings to get it working again.)

Jerry if you try signing in from a new Private Window to eliminate any site history and stale data, does anything improve?
That solved the problem but how do I fix the underlying problem?
That would ideally be just some stale data from the site. If you open the page, before logging in next just try clicking on the shield icon in the address bar and select "Clear cookies and site data…" — that should give you a clean slate with them again.
