i don't recall starting it and no longer wish to support you folks since you started down the microsoft road. previously, you had a great product that was easy and intuitive to use. now, seems like users need to have a degree in computer technology or be a grand master geek. i just want the d*** app to run w/o constantly needing to fix all the foul-ups and settings that your latest updates have caused! w

Hello,

Now, I am not an employee of Mozilla or Firefox, so there is minimal transparency, but I can help you cancel recurring payments.

You can first try disabling it on the web, after signing into your Mozilla account, and then click menu, the settings. After that, select paid subscriptions, then find the "active subscriptions" panel and click "cancel subscription"

If that doesn't work, you can try disabling it in App. To do so, open the app, then select the settings icon, then click "account" and select manage subscription. (you might need to re-sign in). then, on the mozilla accounts subscriptions page, click cancel subscription.
