Copying Thunderbird from Ubuntu 20.4 to 24.4

After a crash I had to reinstall ubuntu and switched to 24.4 where Thunderbird is installed via snap.

I have my old home directory with my old .firefox installation and want to copy my data from the old installation to the newe tb. How can I do this ? brds

nor old ,firefox - i meant old .thunderbird
