I wish to use a prepaid debit card, American Express Serve Card.

First; Will your site accept this card? Some don't

Second: I wish NOT to pay each month. I wish to pay in advance 6 to 12 months. Can I do this here?

The reason I do this is because the AmX Serve Card can be a one time use card that records o personal information making it safe to sue on the internet. second there is a monthly fee on the card so it would double the cost of your service if I use payments each month rather than in advance.

Unfortunately we can't take a 6-12 month payment all at once, as currently in Beta we only have the one option for charging cards, 1 time monthly.

I don't see any rules that would deny a prepaid debit card, so that should work. But I understand the additional charges mean it isn't really feasible for you.
