A URL, barisderin.com/?P=3119 keeps showing up automatically in the middle of using Firefox and I need to block it, How?

Sorry, but the most likely explanation is that one of the extensions you installed, written by Baris Derin, is generating that page cross-promoting his other extensions. I'm not sure how to track down most easily which one is causing it, or how.
