update to 30 hangs up during install/setup. no error messages
windows xp. when checking mail on yahoo, firefox throws up an update screen. I down loaded the update (saved 30 to my computer), closed firefox and the started the update. The progress bar get about 25% and hangs. I've done this over again several time and the results are the same. No errors just no update. any suggestions?

Hi kfarris, Your troubleshooting information shows that you are already on version 30. Firefox just updated - why is it asking me to update again?
Are you sure it was from Mozilla.org? Some of those alerts are viruses.
