from some dayes before does not work `www. bdris.gov.bd' site. another site work prperly. how can i get the system please, tell me that. thanks

I used to be able to highlight any non-English text, right click it, and choose "Translate Selection to English" to get a popup window with a translation. It would auto-detect the language I had highlighted and then give me the English translation.

As of a few days ago it only defaults to translating from English to Japanese. It no longer auto detects the language I've highlighted, and it no longer defaults to an English translation. I have to manually change the languages in the drop downs in the popup window each time.

Every help article I've found on google says I need to change language options in the settings, but they're all set to English. There's no mention of Japanese anywhere, yet Firefox insists that I want Japanese translations. My PC is also set to English.

Apparently sometimes it can still auto-detect the language since I just tried to make a screenshot and it was able to detect French -> Japanese, although many other times it thinks the Russian (or whatever) text I've highlighted is English.

As of 4/20/ 2026 When attempting to save pictures or saved pictures, Fire Fox is only offering Full view , and showing full view as the only option regardless of the formats, and especially the center option which I use with my desktop black background. This is one of my favorite features of Firefox and looks like a glitch. I would suspect Windows , except that Firefox shows the formats of center, stretch, tile, and each one shows only the full view in the display box. does anyone else have this problem? I am stressed...

I cannot sign onto (myhdfs.com) or make a new account. I am running on windows 10 and cannot update because this PC is junk. Is it Firefox or is it this computer? All other apps seem to work well. Thanks

seit einiger Zeit habe ich Probleme das Firefox die Verbindung zum Internet verliert. Andere Browser wie zum Beispiel Google haben diese Probleme nicht. Ich habe Firefox neu installiert, den Cash geleert und auch schon mit dem Fehlerprogramm von euch laufen lassen, es wird nicht besser, vielleicht kennt ihr noch eine Lösung die mir helfen kann...

Last week I downloaded the latest update for Firefox. After that I could not open websites I often use, such as etsy.com and ebay.com where I sell items. Also could not connect to Firefox Support. Yesterday, 4/19/2026 I uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox. I have box selected to open new tabs instead of new window, however, when I click on a line from my email it opens new window which causes me to have to sign-in to my accounts again, multiple times today. Also, after the latest update I cannot use my main modem network, have to use another wifi network. Also a couple of times today when I open a tab it is trying to use the primary network and pages will not load. I need help in resolving issues caused from last weeks update. I know this is very long but felt I need to tell you what is happening so you'd better understand steps to take to resolve issues. Thanks for your help.

When in eBay checkout, I click on pay this seller only, checkout balance disappears. If I go into private browsing, it works as okay. When on Youtube, I get a ghost image of another page, which gives a lot of problems running Youtube. Again, if I go to private browsing, it works okay. Is this normal, or is their a fix?

I usually have three tabs pinned for easy access. Upon using the new "add tab to taskbar" feature though, there's a problem.

If I use the button to pop out youtube music for example and then close the version of the browser that it came from, and that my pinned tabs are on, any subsequent times I try to open firefox won't keep the tabs pinned. This also happens if I attach youtube music to my taskbar permanently and try to open it from there and then try to open firefox regularly.

It's probably a security setting...for some websites I go to Log In and nothing happens. Same for say signing up for a webinar. 80% of the time now Especially if I'm following a clicked eMail...so most likely a tracker of sorts?? ChatGPT not helping...wants me to do some techy stuff.

Trouble Shooting Mode, turning off ETP off for site AND in Exclusions... In Chrome, no problem.

Running Malwarebytes and Kaspersky

I'm really stumped and confused why this would be, but, I'm unable to sign in to my account on one of my devices, though I can access it from other devices.

I have a work computer and a personal computer. I want to have a profile on my personal computer signed into a an account I share on my work computer so I can easily access tabs and history across my these to devices that's separate from my main firefox account attached to my personal email. Got the profile signed in on my personal computer, went to sign in on my work computer and got a message "unexpected error." I attempted to disable the extensions and clear cache at the advice of one thread I saw from years ago but I really have had a heard time finding anyone with this issue at all.

I am following directions that advise to go to Settings and change the option to open PDFs as individual files. Currently, they are opening as a Firefox tab. I have tried several times to make changes that stick, even rebooting. But PDFs still open in a tab.

gmail no longer works in firefox. Nightly has been giving me a message about clearing cache and cookies for many many many months. After I do that, nothing changes and I still end up in a website about clearing cache and cookies.

Firefox ESR is not able to delete gmail emails after I check the delete box. It says they are deleted but the don't ever go away.

I cannot find any version of firefox that works with gmail. Please let me know if you have found one and provide a link for me to download that version.

I had a problem where FF 140.0 would not update, and in trying to get FF yo update, I used a re-install tool to which I was pointed in my problem report. This caused FF to wipe out my configuration, and I lost all my windows and tabs. I have gone to

    \Appdata\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Proifiles\abnfpged.default

cleared all of the data therein, and restored that directory from a backup I made last Monday. But I cannot get FF to use that directory. "about:profiles" shows only two profiles, but the Profiles directory has five profiles:

Only the profiles beginning with "j" and "f1" are seen in the "about:profiles" screenshot I have attached. And I have attached a screenshot of my profiles.ini file. Also, in the abnfpged.default directory I restored, where is the list of all of my open windows and tabs? FF used to keep that in a sessionstore.jsonlz4 file, but that file is only written when FF closes. I tried to save a copy when I was having problems, but I stored the copy in the same directory, which FF changed during the re-install process. Here is my profiles,.ini file:

Since my Firefox application was upgraded recently I am not able to open my text messages on Messages for Web application. The application loads but when I pair with my phone the text messages do not open, it just goes back to the "pair with Phone" screen. On my phone it says "you're all set" like usual but my desktop does not show my texts or contacts.
