Hello,

For some inexplicable reason, when I visit any Wikipedia page (as of Thursday 8th October 2026), the pages display with a huge oversized font that also impacts the format and layout of the page in my browser. I have not made any adjustments on my PC to increase font display size. Wikipedia is the ONLY website that displays in this manner.

I am running Firefox 115.42.0esr (64-bit), which appears to indicate Firefox is up-to-date on my Windows 8.1 desktop PC. Please note that I am still running Windows 8.1 on this device out of choice.

I reported the fault initially to Wikipedia itself, and the response is that any fault is at my end. I have visited the same Wikipedia pages via Chrome Version 109.0.5414.168 (Official Build) (64-bit) and the pages display normally.

I have attached a sample screenshot to illustrate.

Any ideas how I can resolve this issue please?

Since I updated Firefox my Twitch and Kick websites wont load the video. The chat work but video and sound wont start.

I tried it in chrome and there it works so something happend after the new update.

Google Sheets and Docs are not loading properly. They show their content while loading, and then go all black. I have attached an image. I added a link to the video, not sure if discord cdn will work though for embeds here.

The data is still there, just not visible.

I did see that older, similar issues were fixed with light mode, so I tried that. Same issue, but instead of going all black, it goes all white. Turning off extensions has not fixed this either. This has only been happening since the last firefox update; unsure if causal or coincidental. It also happens only on google services except drive itself.

I'm using Firefox on a Mac, and I'm having trouble dragging screenshots from my desktop into ChatGPT. I can upload images using the "+" button. Dragging and dropping images works in other browsers. In Firefox, dragging images into ChatGPT is unreliable or stops working. I have tried restarting Firefox and disabling add-ons, but the problem persists. I also tested a private window.

Could you help me identify the cause and suggest a solution?

Firefox 157.0 is displaying some websites incorrectly. Newsmax pages turn white and McMaster-Carr is also displaying incorrectly such that I cannot make an order even if logged it. The same sites work correctly in Edge which I have an intense dislike for. I have already restarted Firefox and rebooted Windows. This started after the Firefox 157 update.

About 4-6 weeks ago Chase started throwing an error message when I tried to log in. Some other banks, credit agencies, brokerage houses also same thing. The work with Chrome and Edge.

Can Mozilla get past this or do I give up and use a predatory browser?

It looks to me like the RT's URL was hacked yesterday. I received a warning from Firefox urging me to go back because of suspected for malware found when I attempted to log into RT. I backed off as suggested. I have successfully logged into RT hundreds of times using without any problem, using my Firefox bookmark. The Firefox warning told me that the suspected malware was due to the fact that https was missing in the address, which is highly irregular for the RT website. The details of the address in the bookmark is https:///www.rt.com, yet when I clicked the enter button, the https had disappeared. RT streams news on Rumble and I successfully used it instead of the RT website.

Later in the day I found information that the RT website could now be used. I tried it using my bookmark. RT opened but there ere changes in the appearance on the page. There was big new banner at the top of the page announcing that I was on RT English. All the images except one were missing and I was unable to access RT news streaming. Today I again checking the bookmark address I have used for a lng time. Today I find the Firefox URL still gives me https://www.rt.com but when I press the enter button the address now changes to https://rt-english.com. When I manually asked Firefox to open rt-english.com, Firefox told me that address does not exist.

This is the best I can do to explain the problem I am encountering, and I need help to resolve the issue. Perhaps other Firefox users have run into the problem and would be grateful for help from Firefox. I am a using Firefox and it is an excellent browser. Thanks for all your good work.

I've not been able to use that site for a long time on Firefox. There's something particular about Firefox. Chrome works fine. Reinstalled a few times, made sure no VPN is active in the browser (I dont use one). And posting results in "Posting from your IP range has been temporarily blocked due to abuse [More Info]. Please verify your e-mail address or try again later. ". Every single time. Rather than stop using Firefox I hoped someone here would know what's going on.

We, you and I, know that Firefox is an excellent browser. We want to continue using it.

Who at Firefox has the authority to ask these sites, I could provide an example, how Firefox can rectify this so that we don't have to change browsers?

What has happened to Firefox over the past few days? Mine has become almost unusable!

Facebook fails to load (it's a pain having to constantly clear the cache in order to re-sign in). Websites that I use to make hotel bookings fail to proceed past the login stage, online forms fail to show the required information to complete transactions.

All works well on Chrome - but I like the Firefox interface and have been using for many years.

Lately, I cannot get to staples.com. I think it started after the last update, but I'm not sure. I never had a problem before, and Staples is a well-known national company for office products. I've restarted Firefox in troubleshoot mode, but the result is the same. Chrome and Edge have no problem accessing the site, so it's a puzzle why Firefox cannot. If anyone has any ideas about how to proceed, I'll appreciate it.

There's three images on the page, in FF only the top one shows, but if I hit refresh, all three show, but only for half a second, then they wink out. All three show in Chromium just fine.

This site: https://friendsmclibrary.square.site/. and other square sites connected to it are unable to load in FF since this am. I have uninstalled and reinstalled FF, loaded it in safe mode, and problem still persists. FF is my default browser and I need to use those square pages, so I could really use help getting this fixed. Safari and chrome work just fine. P.S.: after I reinstalled FF, the page loaded just fine until I logged in to my FF account, and then it would no longer load it.

I have no idea where to ask this question. It's a problem with Firefox on my desktop. I have no problem on mobile or with other browsers. If I'm in a private group that I am not a moderator in, the Create Post pop-up window doesn't fully load. I get the frame of the window and then it's just gray and kind of flashing like it's trying to load. I turned off all my extensions and that didn't do anything so that's not the problem. My FF is updated and everything else works fine. And it's not a FB issue as it works fine in Chrome. Anyone have any ideas?

I get "This browser version is no longer supported. Please upgrade to a supported browser." when I open Gmail in Firefox. I have version 156.01 on windows. Have been getting the message since Sept 1 or so. Otherwise, FireFox seems to work OK. But some websites do not work properly with it like Home Depot and the City Of Brockton website, I have to use chrome to access them.

I have a "Marvel Unlimited" account at marvel.com and generally use it daily in Firefox, in Windows 11.

Starting this afternoon, the site logs me out immediately--after the standard login procedure, the site shows my username for a moment, looking like I'm logged in normally--then it refreshes and goes back to showing the "LOG IN" button--and I'm logged out.

This problem isn't happening in the Chrome browser--I'm able to stay logged in there just fine.

For Firefox, I've tried clearing site history for marvel.com, restarting the browser, updating the browser (there was actually an update! : ), rebooting Windows 11, turning off all Firefox browser extensions, and turning off Firefox's advanced tracking protection--all to no avail: Firefox just won't stay logged in on marvel.com all of a sudden!

Not having trouble staying logged in to any of my other regular sites, just marvel.com.

I asked on the Marvel Unlimited Discord server if other Marvel Unlimited users were experiencing this problem in Firefox; two users checked and said their Firefox browsers have just started logging them out as well.

I play https://crazyshooters.com/ and https://crazyshooters2.com/ a lot! But the game became laggy since Firefox 148 and my ping spikes up. Other browsers play fine. I am on Linux Mint if that helps. (147 and below run fine)
