I'm totally fed up with this! I got this particular one trying to go to Amazon via a link from search but it's happening constantly with links from search and from other sites that I'm on. I am on Amazon a lot. I don't know what this behavior is, where it's coming from, why it's happening, or how to stop it. I'm at the point of just uninstalling Firefox because of it. I've tried the common fixes such as clearing cache and cookies as well as all saved data and it still persists. Firefox has been my default browser for a very long time but if this can't be stopped permanently, I'm done with it!

hi .. my computer had been slow especially using mozilla thunderbird email, a friend had tried setting up another email account but has lost almost all of my emails in the export, do you have anyway of retrieving these - am most concerned about historical emails I had in folders would appreciate any assistance you can provide, thanks Chris Richardson

I want to have a clickable shortcut to Next Message. Why? Because as I'm reading and reply to some of the messages, I have the mouse in my hand. It's a pain to switch to the keyboard to hit N or F. And I always forget the letter to go to the previous message.

Also -- after I delete a message that I just read from the trashcan icon, despite having more messages to read, even in a thread, the view goes back to the Inbox. I'd want to see the next email, not the list. For all its advanced features, this seems to be basic email reading. Maybe I missed an option?

Hi - How can I turn on light mode manually in Thunderbird without changing theme, or within a dark theme? Also, how to turn the them back to default if I want. Thankx!

Playback of videos on the invideo.io site is not supported. Also the Tiktok account page for uploading videos says Firefox is not supported. Both sites recommend Chrome or Edge instead. I'm using the latest version on my laptop. Firefox is my default browser so would like these sites to work.

Please help me. I've been with Thunderbird for many years and now I have nothing but problems. I've attempted to change settings and I'm thinking that possibly I've screwed it all up. I've changed the passwords through Comcast a few times but it seems to also be screwed up. I've been with Thunderbird for a long time and donated 3 times this past year. Now I have constant problems signing in with the same old password so I've contacted Comcast to change the passwords. Is there anywhere on Thunderbird where I can check to see what passwords are still listed for me? I have 4 email addresses. SillySam, LatonHigh, Kissincousin and TahoeDocTom all with Comcast.net I'm desperate to get back online with my emails.

Ever since the last two updates my saved cookies keep disappearing. It's a pain since I have to log in everywhere when it was automatic before.

I'm on an imac desktop computer with the latest firefox browser.

Suddenly today I stopped getting new messages in my inbox with Thunderbird. My wife shares our internet provider and she has continued to get hers. Using Windows 10 PC. I get the little Tbird icon telling me I've got a new email, but it does not show up in my inbox, or in any other Tbird folder. I get them only on my iPhone and iPad. No problem with my internet provider, Spectrum. The app shows that I'm on v. 115.10.1. It also showed that an update is available, v. 115.15.0. I went through the update process, including restarting my computer, and when I checked it still showed that I was actually still on v. 115.10.1, so the update apparently didn't actually install. I have no clue what's going on or how to attempt to fix it. Like I said, all is well with my wife's Tbird messages. She continues to get new messages. I can send an email from my section to hers, and it goes to her inbox just fine. Cannot send to me from hers though. If anyone can help I would be very appreciative. Thanks Stewart Wolfson

York County, SC. Comporium is my streaming TV provider. Been watching on my PC for years. Suddenly I get this when I try to log on: "Firefox can’t find the file at https://streamtv.comporium.com/browse/live." So I reluctantly switch over to Chrome which finds it immediately. Thanks in advance.

I have the current 130.0 version and I am using Win 10. For several versions now I have been unable to print the date as a footer. I have read the Firefox help on this issue and not resolved it. &D is shown for footer-left, and footer is enabled in the print dialog. Can anything be done?

I moved a bunch of emails from one folder to another within Thunderbird and now those messages will not load in the new folder and so are inaccessible. Any thoughts? The target folder populated with hundreds of inaccessible messages all bearing the date of the transfer rather than the actual message dates (and it represents four years of messages in that folder, properties shows that there are 2424 messages. I tried "repairing" the folder but that did not make those messages accessible.

Don't know what happened, but there is no longer an option to create a list. instructions: Address book > File > New > Mailing list

Note in the image that "mailing list" does not exist. help!
