i cannot download the latest quicktime player? says install apple application support?

Hi,

I'm trying to download load the latest Quick time player because i need to update this. but every time i try to install this it comes up with an error message saying "install apple application support"

i really dont know what this means.

Im using windows 7 but the tower itself was built by a friend but its in excellent condition. This problem actually started when i updated Firefox! even when i watch movies now they download even slower then before, things used to be fast. my computer is clean from any viruses or anything and my computer isnt clogged up with stuff i have tons of space left.

hi, thanks for the reply back. i was wondering why are they saying we have to pay for the code to be put in? I dont really need to upgrade my Quicktime player ill be perfectly happy going back to my old version if anyone knows how to do this. If i was a movie fanatic and watching them all day long and downloading stuff then id probably will upgrade but im a casual user on the PC not doing anything special.
