I don't see what the directions state for importing and backing up bookmarks?

online directions state that after clicking the bookmark icon I should see a library and there would be options for backing up importing etc. I don't get that at all. I get bookmark this page, subscribe to this page, show all bookmarks, bookmarks toolbar, recently bookmarked, and recent tags. None of these options bring me to the library.

Choose "Show all bookmarks" from the menu.
