Adobe attempts to update flash for firefox 4 but says firefox is running and unable to install even when firefox is closed. attempted to end resident start-up firefox process which previously solved the problem but windows task manger says access is denied, Vista 64. I tried this several times

I found the problem. I use safe central browser that was running in firefox. when I closed the browser adobe flash updated
