Every time I restart Firefox, pop up setting is turned off.

Every time I start Firefox, the setting for pop ups is turned off. I do not have McAfee privacy. I use norton and have scanned for malware.

If you do not have user.js then try to rename or delete prefs.js in the Firefox Profile Folder
