Hello,

For IOS install, go to app store, search for Firefox, then install by tapping "get".

For android, go to google play, search for Firefox, and tap install.

Since it appears you are using Android. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/install-firefox-android-device-using-google-play

And for how to make Firefox the default web browser on Android see https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/make-firefox-default-browser-android As I suspect this is due to Amazon's A to Z app as this is not Amazon support.
