don’t create or delete anything yet. Check your desktop for an Old Firefox Data folder. If you recently refreshed or reinstalled Firefox, your old profile may be there. You can also type about:profiles in Firefox and see whether your old profile is listed. If it is, choose Launch profile in new browser.
