Why doesn't Firefox remember me when I check the box to do so?

Whenever I sign in to my VA account, I check the box to "Remember this browser" (as attached), but it never works. VA IT told me it was an issue with the browser (i.e., Firefox). This might have just been their way of making me go away quietly. (Blowing me off!) But I thought I'd check with you anyway. Can you help? Thanks

Hi.. Not sure I can be of much help, but as a Vet (UK RN) I feel I have to at least try, say hello etc. :)

Thank you. I think that the article you sent will help. It certainly won't hurt. So far, it's the only direction I've been able to find. I'll let you know how it goes.
