I can’t log into internet banking already clears cookies and history protection is on help internet web page same with safari

Ok so something has changed mi get the home page up of internet banking When I click on log in It won’t load the page And a big red cross comes Suggesting b browser issue On Firefox Basic protection is on Blocked cookies ? My bank suggested I take Firefox and safari off iPhone Andre instal which I have it makes no difference Am suspicious of my bank On the home age allot about their banking app Is it a coincidence I cannot access my acc online via the web ! ? If I disable protection there is still the same issue ! It’s driving me up the wall Tried safari and it’s just the same on there ! Help please

You might be able to hide your browser details if you enable "desktop site" option in your menu. It may have other side effects, but might at least get you further…

This unfortunately sounds like a limitation or a bug over at your bank.

If you post at which address you see the issue, somebody might be able to verify or check how they get these results, but I'm afraid you'll have to escalate that with your bank so that they unblock your access, whatever rule they have in place.

Hi jbr Thanks for your input I had to resort to loading the app as I need some info from my account by tomorrow Although I noticed whilst navigating that this same message came up

I can’t update my browser because Firefox does it automatically I called the bank again today and he tried to log in on the internet page no issues I went through the settings with him and said he could not explain it this is so frustrating I have visual issues just logging in etc isn’t easy and the phone banking annoyingly do not give you enough to input security info on the screen before asking you to do it again Thanks for your help

Also My ipad is broken So am using iPhone Maybe it doesn’t like that ? I managed to log on same day in a different bank on the web no issues at all ?!

Alas this makes no difference at all on the browser website ( not the app )
