I presume you have a web-hosted account. If so, look in your cpanel under the email page and there should be a link, usually on the right side, for email settings (some cpanels say 'connect devices'. That is where web hosts provide the servers and other information for email setups. Once you have that, if you need further assistance, please follow up to this thread. Thank you.
