在登陆账号前，一切正常，登录账号后，打开浏览器会打开两个窗口，如果在此基础上关闭一个窗口再次打开浏览器，只会打开一个窗口，保持到两个窗口，并没有进行任何配置的更改，很影响体验

If you don't mind communicating in English, here's a solution. Close Firefox via menu -> Exit (or Ctrl+Shift+Q) instead of closing individual windows.
Thank you for your reply. I can't find a Chinese forum. I still can't solve the problem by using your method menu exit (Ctrl+Shift+Q).
